We just had a total bathroom remodel completed by Rivera’s and could not be more pleased with the results! Without exception their entire team was professional, timely, worked very hard while on the job and kept the project clean and neat throughout the project! I want to thank the entire team who worked on our project, it was a pleasure! Special shout out to Jamie, Plumbing…for figuring out and correcting that “wonky” pipe hidden in the ceiling! And Aaron, the cabinet finisher for this thoughtful approach and careful work on installing our cabinets and making them look beautiful! Shout out to Anthony & Willy for all electrical work and installation installing all those fixtures to our exact specifications! Each installer did a great job and answered all my questions as the remodeling went on. The vanity is beautiful and even though the mirror got cracked the replacement mirror is better than the original one. Each person involved introduced himself They assured us of their plans and promised to bring their best abilities to the task. Which they did. Outside paint, drywall repair, ceiling repaint and perfect touch up of the walls. Aside of a lot of dust, everything was protected and cleaned up. We are happy.Posted on Google

Mike C37 days agoI had a great experience with Rivera's Flooring, Kitchens & More. I needed an upgraded kitchen new quartz countertop and new backsplash tilework. My initial office visit with Carlie and scheduling with Ovi were both excellent. The entire process, from countertop template measurements to completion, was well organized and timely. A big shoutout to Rafael, who worked miracles aligning the backsplash despite uneven cabinets along with walls that were not straight from the home builder, Moranda. Great job, Rafael! The workers; G5, Jamie, Justin, Greg, Willy, Max Aaron, Tyler We're fantastic. And of course Jon the project Manager. They all kept me up to date with each step, as well as friendly, and professional. They completely demoed and finished in only 6 weeks! I have sent the before pictures and then the after. Beverly Yates107 days agoThank you Rivera's Flooring for the remodel of our kitchen, and both bathrooms. You took very dated rooms and made them into clean and modern rooms. I was able to change my oven into a double wall oven with a 5-burner cooktop and a built-in microwave. Your electrically crew removed my old flood lighting changed it to LED lighting which brightens up the kitchen area. The best part was your entire crew Tyler, our Sales Manager, Jon the Project Manager, Justin and Jamie the installers and plumber and Willie the electrician. Nadia Innes127 days agoFinding a contractor you can actually trust is rare, but finding one you want to hire three years in a row is unheard of. We’ve worked with Rivera’s for three consecutive years on major renovations, and the results have been consistently incredible. The first year they did a full kitchen remodel, retile of the majority of the house flooring, as well as redo of laundry room, guest bath and mini bar. We were so happy with the results we brought them back the next year to tackle the master bathroom (along with hurricane Helene repairs). They turned it into a spa-like retreat and the craftsmanship on the tiling was flawless. Year 3 they redid our upstairs guest bath and guest kitchen. Their eye for detail was amazing. Their energy and standards never dipped and they treated our home with respect. After three years of renovations, we wouldn’t dream of calling anyone else.+7Posted on Google

All of the workers were polite, knowledgeable, hard working and cleaned up every day. Jon kept me informed of the schedule, who would be there daily and if we were happy with the progress. Luis Figueroa157 days agoLast year I bought a house that needed a lot of work (demolition of existing drywall and installation of new drywall in the entire house, kitchen and bathroom cabinets and hardware, garage and exterior door, tile in bathroom and all electrical outlets and switches, ect). I called several Contractors for a quote and Tyler from Rivera's was the first one to come out and within two days gave me a quote . Their price was very reasonable. The following week my wife and I went to their office to sign the contract and met with Barret (The owner) and his staff. They were all very nice and we were very impressed with Barret when he stated he was ready to start on our project. We immediately started working with his staff, including Ovi at the front office, Kelly & Karly with permitting and design and Cindy in finance. We were able to go over all the different aspects of our job and selected all the kitchen and bathrooms cabinets, handles, tile and doors, ect. The process was smooth and everyone was making us feel as part of the family. What a great way to start. Once the work began, we were also impressed with the staff that came to work in our house, including Jamie the plumber, Willy the electrician and his helpers, Aaron the carpenter and Erin. They were all very professional and friendly and did a great job. Throughout the job Barret stayed in contact with me to let me know what was done and what would be done next. They were able to finish our job earlier than our expectations. The quality of their work was excellent. Barret is a veteran who cares about people and that is reflected in his business. His business culture is a culture of service excellence, quality and integrity. If you want to work with a company that cares and does a great job, you need to call Rivera's. I recommend them 100%. D P208 days agoWe needed a plumber to fix the main water shutoff valve that was leaking and I had to leave a review to say I am completely satisfied with my plumbing experience with Riveras plumbing! I have used Riveras flooring twice now and was thrilled to find out they do plumbing and electrical too! Jamie was early to the appointment, he was professional, his estimate was very fair and he did the job quite handily! Wendi Gazda282 days agoRiveras did an outstanding job renovating our guest bathroom. The process was seamless and the work was scheduled and completed within about five days. All of their workers were professional, knowledgeable and managed all tasks from rip out , construction, plumbing, electrical and painting flawlessly. Special shoutout to Justin for his attention to detail installing the new door, vanity, mirror, shelves, etc. He was so great to work with, very personable and attentive to our preferences. Great job, Justin! Thanks also to Bradley (rip out and helping with door), Jamie (vanity install and plumbing the sink) and the flooring installer did a great job! Thanks Jon for coordinating door inspection and coming out for the final walk through. Painting job was well done as well. We would highly recommend Rivera’s for any home updates you may need. Kristine Braunstein305 days agoRivera's did a large, MUCH needed home renovation for us earlier this year (kitchen cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring throughout the house) and I’m honestly still so happy every time I walk in, everything turned out beautiful. The quality is awesome, the crew was super easy to work with, including my contact with Barrett. I could text or call with any questions and he'd respond with no issue, making sure I was satisfied! They actually even finished a week early. The whole process went really smoothly, and the house looks completely different (in the best way). I’d 100% use them again.Posted on Google

In speaking with Erin and meeting Tyler we realized we were in great hands and they agreed to meet our timeline. The plumbers, electricians, drywall guys, painters, woodworking crew and many others kicked into action quickly. Under project manager Jon we were very well communicated with, updated daily, always knew expectations. The assigned crew were timely, polite, respectful, excellent workmanship and cleaned the work site before leaving daily. Honestly they felt like family in so many ways. Our home is complete, deadline was met even with some additional found issues that needed resolution. I highly recommend Rivera's as they have the expertise and committed workmanship you can trust. All should understand when you use mostly your own employees and only hire high end subcontractors cost will be a little higher than a small time operation. Go with the proven high respectfull contractor and quality repairmen if you want a smooth transition on a construction project. I did request a time line of completion and was met before the time date even though we had changes along the way. Quality of work and cleaning up each day was number one to the workers.Posted on Google

Look, when investing this kind of money and finding someone that you can trust to do the job right, is not easy. But, I can promise you, going with Rivera's is the right decision to make, 100%! The project manager, Jon, is the absolute best! He is with you every step of the way, always kind, helpful and he communicates daily! The owner stops by to check on progress and makes sure that we're happy or have questions. Overall, the entire team from demo to completion- everyone was right there to help. We like that they have finance options tho we did not need it for this last project, it's nice they offered. The main guy on our job was Aaron. Let me tell you…this guy is a work horse! He paid close attention to details and worked consistently. Such a personal professional guy. He cleaned up the area everyday before he left so well I offered him a side job to clean my floors! This is not our first time having Rivera’s work for us and definitely will NOT be our last. Stephanie F610 days agoI recently had Rivera's install a railing for us, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Not only is the railing absolutely beautiful, but the craftsmanship is impeccable. His team was wonderful—cordial, quiet, and professional. They cleaned up thoroughly every day, and we hardly knew they were there. Barrett even stopped by to oversee the job and ensure everything ran smoothly, which was much appreciated. This is the second job Rivera has done for us, and I have no complaints. Barrett follows up promptly, provides quotes quickly, and gets you on the schedule promptly. I will absolutely be using Rivera's for all my construction needs moving forward. The contractors were very kind and knowledgeable and did an awesome job for us. We also had ventilation installed. No job to small for this business. Anyone that anything that needs be done, flaring, plumbing, electrical, cabinets etc, call them and you will be pleased. The first time I used them was for a new construction home that they replaced builder installed carpet with plank tile throughout the house. They did amazing work. Second: Another house removing a load bearing wall, LVP flooring, and new baseboards. Again, amazing work. Third: A complete remodel due to flooding from Hurricane Idalia. They did a complete remodel of my kitchen, bathroom, and closets. They did drywall work from the flood cut, electrical, plumbing, flooring, interior/exterior doors, you name it. They did an amazing job. The ladies who work in the showroom are great for helping with design choices. Erin also did an amazing job at supervising the project. FOURTH: They will again be completing work from flooding due to Hurricane Helene. They will be completing demo and all previous work. Barrett has been prompt and on top of everything. I trust them with this large project due to my experience with them. Take care of your contractor and they will take care of you. Construction never goes smoothly. It's the nature of the beast. We were kind of in a bind because the job needed to be done fast before a VP showed up to a corporate site for his yearly visit. They got us on the schedule while communicating and providing all necessary insurance and safety documents. Rivera's prices were reasonable, they showed up on time. Robert Wible1054 days agoWe had previously used Rivera Electric and were extremely happy with the results so when we decided to do a little upgrade to our bathroom, some lighting, granite vanity and new medicine cabinets we called Rivera construction and got a bid for the job. We worked with Erin and she coordinated all the different specialists from the stone people to plumber to drywall and electrical. Along the way we only had one issue we were unhappy with and she sent the contractor back to to take care of the problem until we were completely satisfied. The job was finished and once again exceeded all expectations and really reasonable prices. Used to get multiple estimates to hire a contractor but at this point Rivera will be our go to company!!!Posted on Google

Barrett was very responsive at getting me the first quote, and the ongoing adjustments to the work scope was managed well by Erin. There wasn't an employee that I interacted with who sincerely doesn't love working for Rivera's, and it shows in their attention to detail. Susan Sorrells1110 days agoI had Rivera flooring replace my carpet both upstairs and downstairs. They came on time with a crew of 4-5 and immediately got to work. They only took a 30 minute lunch break (sue in my garage) and we’re back at work with no breaks until they finished at 6:30. They were so professional and courteous. The work quality is outstanding … no visible seams and of course no ripples. They work together and each person knows their role and gets on with it. From the owner to the craftsmen he employees, they all take pride in what they do. It would be wrong if I didn't give a shout out to Erin, she has been a angel to me. They turned my 30 year old kitchen into one that everyone dreams about having. The new cabinets with the granite countertops look like a professional kitchen! They also covered my existing tile floors with vinyl flooring along with new baseboards really changed the look to the entire house! Even more recently in a time of dire need they had a crew out next day to help clean up water damage. They made a bad situation go away quickly and it looked like it never happened. They crew was amazing and very professional. The turnaround time was absolutely amazing for basically no notice at all. But they rose to the occasion and hit a home run! Retirants1325 days agoWe had three rooms and closets done w/ new flooring. Erin was very knowledgeable when she came and immediately helped us pick out the flooring. It took 3 days and 2 hrs but Sean did it! He was sent by himself to rip out rugs and do all the work and he was always courteous and friendly. Sean removed the three rooms of furniture by himself too! There were days he worked right through and didn’t eat lunch! When there were glitches such as closet door needed to be adjusted he let us know immediately so we could see what was happening. Their quality of work is second to none and they quickly serve their community with the response to hurricane Ian. After two days of waiting I called again and was told the rep was out,so on the Thursday AM I called again was told I would have quote by the end of the day. Received a text on their in voice of just the total of the job,no break down of material or labor. I called Friday and was told that's the way they give quotes. "My" team....Chris, Johnny, Sully.....worked SO well together, finishing the flooring installation for the main part of my house in four days! Rivera's installed new countertops in our kitchen and two bath rooms to perfection, they are gorgeous! The backsplash we picked out was put up to our specs and it turned out beautiful. Than they installed LVP throughout the house, with carpeting in the four bedrooms. I can tell you Barret Rivera is a very focused person that is very involved with his customers. They have veteran installers working for them. 4. They are extremely attentive to their customers' concerns. 5. The guys doing the installation knew what they were doing and kept their area very clean while they were doing it. Dan Warshauer2710 days agoWe had a total remodel that was going to require a substantial amount of work to finish. Barrett and his team did a phenomenal job of handling the project from start to finish. The attention to detail by far exceeded my expectations. The price was fair and honest considering the scope of work that needed to be done and the quality that was provided. Barrett handled much of the work however, there were aspect of the job that didn’t fall into his area of expertise. One such example was the electrical work. When we ran into a situation like this Barrett was able to coordinate local vendors for us utilizing his industry contacts. Not one of these vendors disappointed and each delivered top quality as well. The situation that we were facing going into this project was daunting considering the scope of work that needed to be completed. Barrett was able to alleviate most of the stress involved by delivering on his commitment, working to provide additional vendors, providing quality work with integrity, and finishing the project three days ahead of schedule. Patricia Johnson2714 days agoI love my new kitchen remodel! Barrett, the owner, helped me design the perfect kitchen, taking in my health needs and requirements. His crew was fantastic. My former kitchen was dark fiber board, that had a prior leak the former owner never revealed to me. I chose all white Shaker cabinets, lazy susan corners and drawers, white subway tiles , white quartz countertops, bright red pendant lights, LED recessed lights. Everyone has complemented on how beautiful it is. Barrett also replaced my bathroom sink. It's 6 " higher, with white quartz. Makes it easier for me to wash without causing me back pain. Marie Wynn2754 days agoLove my new floors! The workers came in and removed old flooring that needed removed. Took great care in moving my furniture around so they could get the job done. I had a little more then 700sqft of flooring and it only took them three days to do it. There were some very bad angles all in the wrong places but they took care to make them all look perfect. Each night they were great about cleaning up before leaving. Then when they were finished and turned it back to me it was all clean and ready to go. Thanks so much for a job well done. I love it!!!
